I followed all steps that you recommended. I have a doubt in off-page SEO. I have submitted around blogs in different blog submission sites. I have not uploaded my site on Webmaster tool.
So, should i upload my website in webmaster tool or something else is going wrong. Definitely get the search console going as soon as you can — it tracks your links much more accurately than any other tool.
Then after that i bought a domain 2 years back for that same old blog and regularly updated the domain for a year then again left it without any update. Now again i started to write in that blog under new domain which i bought recently a week back. Now i have freshly submitted site map and updated robots. Is there any thing else i have to do? Keep it on this domain for a while and continue to update it regularly. Also, make sure your content is worth indexing to Google by ensuring that it meets a minimum word count of quality, informative words.
