I bought these for a trip to the islands - and they worked well for nearly 24 hours. Then they got wet on the beach - and started foaming. Yes - foaming. With every step foam like bubble bath suds oozed from the shoes. And they began squeaking with each step - with the squeaking continued even when they were dry.
